Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Basswood Union Church, rural Muscoda, with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker. She and her husband farmed in the Basswood area all their lives.
She was born June 1, 1899, in Richland County, daughter of John and Estella (Haskins) Dyer. She married Archie Lewis Sept. 4, 1916. She was a member of Basswood Church and the White Cross Ladies Aid.
Her husband died Nov. 7, 1971.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lyle (Evelyn) Ostrander of Boscobel; a son, Theron of Rockford, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Ruby Miller and Mardella Flynn of Boscobel, and Gladys Dyer of Lancaster.
