Gifted medical professional-Master's Degree in Nursing-UT Knoxville, winner of the University of Tennessee's Agatha Hodgkin CRNA Award for the Outstanding Graduate Nurse Anesthetist-1988. Avid gardener, trained artist in paint mediums and stained glass, enthusiastic world traveler and accomplished scuba diver with over 100 dives. Angie also enjoyed saltwater fishing in Costa Rica. Remains to be cremated and ashes to be scattered at Playa De Ballena in Costa Rica. Private Memorial Service, no flowers please.
