Born in St. Louis, MO to the late Herman W. and Paulina Polhman Dally, Mr. Dally was a veteran of the United States Navy where he served as Chief Engineer during World War II, The Korean War and Vietnam. Following his honorable discharge, he was the owner and diesel mechanic of Dally Marina in Marathon, FL. Mr. Dally was a member of Holcomb Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Devitt and her husband, Robert of Big Pine Key, FL and Patricia Dally and her partner, Megan Whaldron of Sebastian, FL; one son, Colin Dally and his wife, Lynda of Carrollton, MS; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
