He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary G. Milby, John P. Usery, and Mary Louise and John Lawrence "Tubby" Cosner.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph Harold and Janice Maureen (Cosner) Wade, a brother John William (Billy) Wade. Two Aunts, Mary Angela Wade Nash, and Karen Usery (Lowell) Daniels of Louisville. Three Uncles, Gerald Wayne (Patricia) Usery of Alabama, and Ronald Lee Usery Sr. of Louisville, Ky. and Daniel (Sarah) Cosner of Monessen, PA. Cousins, Leslie Michelle (Brian) Capps, Geral Marie Nash, and Ronald Lee (Katie) Usery Jr. of Louisville. Tracy Michelle (Danny) Hicks, Rebecca (Dennis) Skinner, Kerri Morris (Chris) of Alabama. Jennifer Cosner of Pennsylvania. Jason worked at Republic Pneumatics. He will be greatly missed by not only his family and friends, but also his work family and friends. Jason will be cremated. A small gathering of close friends and family will be at the W.G. Hardy Valley Funeral Home on Sunday 23 October from 2:00 - 3:00 pm.
