NEWPORT NEWS — Peter 'PC' Clemenceau Boisseau passed away peacefully at his home. He was born in Roanoke, Va to Peter and Alice Cunningham Boisseau. Elder brother, Alexander Boisseau. PC was an Army Air Corps Veteran of WWII and piloted C-47s over the European Theatre during D-Day; dropping paratroopers, gliders and supplies. After WWII, he persuaded Mary Fox Allgood to marry him after six years of courting. They were married on Nov. 9, 1947. Their children are, Suzanne Boisseau of Richmond, Va., Mary Alice Lorick of Lexington, S.C., Peter Clemenceau (Mary Sue) Boisseau Jr of Mechanicsville, Va., and Miles Alexander Boisseau of Lee Hall, Va; grandchildren. PC graduated from University of Alabama in 1951 with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. PC and Mary moved to the Peninsula in 1951 when PC landed a job with NACA. He retired from NASA in 1978 after 27 years of service. He also retired from the Air Force Reserves as a Lt Col. PC and Mary were active/charter members of St. George Episcopal Church. A memorial service at St. George Episcopal Church with visitation/socializing in the church hall after the service. In lieu of flowers, dona- tions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
