In Memoriam
Spangler: In loving remembrance of my dear husband, Paul H. Spangler, who departed this world August 15, 1964:
I sat beside his bedside
And watched him in his sleep,
And when with pain I heard his moan
It always made me weep.
I ministered to all his wants
In hope to dull his pain
I wiped his pallid forehead
And wished him well again.
Farewell, dear Paul, farewell.
‘Tis hard to give you up.
But what a comfort has God given
That we all can meet again in heaven.
By his wife,
Margaret M. Spangler
