Daughter of Henderson Hill & Elizabeth Ann Pruitt Raper of Lee County Mississippi, wife of James Monroe Boren buried at Gill Cemetery, Fort Smith, Crawford County, AR.

The following information provided by James West:

The markers you see here were made by George Washington Boren and placed on the appropriate grave sites in the Rendon Cemetery. The funeral home that prepared the family members burned in the thirties I am told and none of the records survived. Mr G. W. Boren was a carpenter by trade and during the time of the family members he was working on bridge projects in the Tarrant County TX area setting concrete forms, hence he used the materials available to him to accomplish construction of the markers.
