Thomas married Ann Lester at New London, Connecticut in 1687. Ann was born 30 August 1670 at New London, daughter of St. Daniel and Hannah Fox Lester. She died in 1754 at East Haven.

His will names his wife Anne and son James executors. James receives his house and land with wife allowed use of one third and daughter Hannah a room. Daniel receives all debts he owes his father. Other children receive money.
