Jeanette Berns, 80, passed away Thursday May 19th surrounded by family after a short bout with cancer. Jeanette is a member of St. Bernard Catholic Parish.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her first husband and son James & Jim Roth, Emil Berns, step children Neil & Jeanie Berns, Mother and father Sophie & John Simon of Glen Ullin, North Dakota.

She is survived by 1 daughter, PattiAnn Motous, step son Gary (Karen) Berns, step daughter Kelly, grandchildren Chris Berns of Butte, T.J., Ben & Jenny Matous of Billings, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters Jean (Art) Rozell, Wanda Ebel of Billings and several nieces and nephews. Cremation hs taken place.

A memorial mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at St. Bernard Catholic Parish. Rite of committal will be held at a later date in North Dakota. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jeanette's name can be made to St. Bernard or a charity of your choice.
