Clyde Scott McKenzie, Jr., age 30, of 2195 Woodfield Drive, Sophia died Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.
Mr. McKenzie was a native of Louisa, KY and employed with Sapona Plastics in Seagrove. Clyde was preceded in death by his grandmother: Clara Harding and his aunt: Kim Johnson.
He is survived by his wife: Jessica Wilkerson McKenzie of Greensboro; mother and father: Tommie and Greg Clevinger of Sophia, sister: Amy Clevinger , brother: Gregory Clevinger both of Grundy, VA; grandparents, Harvil and Virginia Clevinger of Grundy, VA; aunt, Donna Sobczak of Wilmington, 3 cousins: Gina Johnson, Tessie Johnson and Wilson Johnson all of Louisa, KY.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro and other times at his home.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel.
