Marc was born in Monroe, Louisiana to Justin S and Joy (Dawson) Fogelman. Marc grew up in Louisiana and attended a four year college at LSU in Resten, Louisiana. After studing and recieving his degree in Computer Science, Marc moved to Roseburg, Oregon in 1995 to accept a job offer as a computer programer at Profit Systems Software. Marc enjoyed outdoor activities of hiking, biking,camping. He is survived by his parents Justin and Joy Fogelman, his sister's Karen Coates of Lafayette and Krista Hill of Monroe, Two aunts Polly Henderson and Betty of Monroe, three nephews Jason Coates of Lafayette, Seth and Addison Hill of Monroe, and also by his extended family and friends of Roseburg.
Marc's ashes were spread at Susan Creek Falls in Douglas County, Oregon and also sent back home to his parents. Marc was a great person he is missed very much.
