Ethel was born in Pittsburgh, Pa the daughter of John James and Annabelle James. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dickey and one daughter, Mary Lou Sevinsky. Two very special sisters, Olive Evans and Margaret Bilger also preceeded her. Ethel was a homemaker and a member of the United Methodist Church, Frostburg.
Surviving are two granddaughters, Karen Stair and husband Bill, and Susan Nightingale and husband Dan, all of Frostburg. Great grand-children and great great grand-children.
