On May 30, 2004, he married Beverly Jeanes.
Thomas was a heating and air salesman who was self-employed.
Thomas served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of a yacht club for many years. He was a member of the American Legion 406 of Wheatfield.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Beverly,
children; Cathy (Jim) Arzbaecher and Wendy (David) Hamilton and four grandchildren.
Also, surviving are sisters:Ruth (Lonnie) Belford, Colleen (Tim) Roberts, Linda Belford, Serena Chapman; brothers: Gary (Peggy) Belford, and Mark Belford.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Elenor Belford, Bill Belford, and D A Belford.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday, November 30, 2008, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 East Grove Street, Wheatfield, with services taking place at 7:30 p.m. that evening.
The Wheatfield American Legion Post 406 will be officiating and interment will take place at a later date in the Holland Cemetery, DeMotte, IN.
