COLUMBIA — Services for Thelma Richardson Allen will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Riser with the Revs. Waynon Mott and Harrell Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Welcome Home Cemetery, Grayson.
Mrs. Allen, 90, of Columbia died Saturday, Oct. 10, 1998, in Haven Nursing Center.
She was a resident of Alexandria for 48 years and a member of Homewood Baptist Church of Alexandria.
Survivors include four sons, Lester Allen of North Little Rock, Ark., Leonard Allen of Columbia, Dorcy Allen and Jimmy Allen, both of Pineville; two daughters, Marie A. Randolph of Baton Rouge and Aliene A. Wilson of Columbia; three brothers, William J. "Edge" Richardson and Virgil Richardson, both of Monroe, and Elva Richardson of Orange, Texas; two sisters, Daisy Gordy of Grayson and Ruby Cramer of Miami, Fla.; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be James Milton Allen, Randall Allen, George Wilson, Mary Allen, Kenneth Allen and Jeffery Foster.
Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of services Tuesday in the funeral home.
