Rebecca Croy was the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Huston) Croy.

She married John Stoner in about 1810.

To This union eleven children were born George, Mary, Jacob, John, Catherine, Elizabeth, Henry, Absolom, Alfred, Abner, and Nathan.

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All.
I, Rebecca Stoner, of the County of Williams, Ohio, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament:
I give and bequeath to my three youngest children, to wit: Alfred Stoner, Abner Stoner and Nathan Stoner, the
Mortgate which I hold of my right to land in Richland County, Ohio, which said mortgage was bequeathed to me by the will of my late Husband, John Stoner, Decd.
Item 2d - I also give and bequeath to my sons, the said Alfred, Abner and Nathan Stoner, all my right, title and interest in and to the east half of the north east quarter of section number 24, Township 38, North of Range 10 East, in the County of Lagrange, Indiana: and also all my right title and interest in and to fify nine acres of land near Honey Lake, in Michigan - both of which tracts of land were bequeathed to me by ny Husband, John Stoner, Sr, Decd.
The above property, to wit: the Mortgage and tracts of land in Indiana and Michigan, it is my will, shall be divided equally between the above named, Alfred, Abner and Nathan Stoner; provided however that my Debts shall be first paid from the proceeds of the Mortgage, before it is divided.
Item 3d -- To my two youngest sons, Abner and Nathan Stoner, I give and bequeath each a Bed and Bedding.
Item 4 -- I also give and bequeath to my two sons Abner and Nathan, my House and Lot in the village of West Unity, to be
equally divided between them.
Item 5 -- To my Daughter, Catherine Pifer, I give and bequeath the cow which I now own.
Item 6 -- The remaining portion of my household goods, it is my will should be divided equally between my three youngest sons, Alfred, Abner and Nathan Stoner; also any money remaining at my death is to be divided equally between the said Elfred, Abner and Nathan Stoner.
Item 7 -- I do hereby nominate and appoint Abner Ayres and John Rings executors of this my last will and testament,
hereby authorizing and empowering them to sell the Real Esate which I have bequeathed by this Will, if they shall deem that the best course to pursue to secure an equal division of the same among said Devises.
