Wagner was Parris Witcher Wagner, s/o Rev. Adam Edward Waggoner (Americanized to Wagner) & Juline Elinor Tabor. Parris & Patria (Perdue) Wagner were a dearly beloved couple of the Mudfork, Tazewell Co., VA., area].
