"Alexander; W.W. Buster Alexander, lifelong rancher at Apache Creek, died March 26 in Albuquerque. He was born on August 19, 1911 at Cooney, NM, to Abb and Anna Lou Porter Alexander, pioneer residents of Catron County. Alexander graduated from Reserve High School in 1929. During World War II, he served with the U.S. Army Signal Corps in Europe. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Louise Price of Albuquerque and one nephew, Roy L. Skip Price, of Apache Creek. Cremation arrangements were handled by French Mortuary of Albuquerque. Interment took place March 30 at Apache Creek Cemetery with graveside memorial services under the direction of Rev. Harold Dykstra of Reserve."
