--- ROSELAIR HANGS TODAY ---
Man Who Murdered Wife Last December to Pay Penalty
Salem, Or., Sept 7.--(Special)--
Promptly at 12:30 o'clock tomorrow John D. Roselair, who murdered his wife in Washington County and was convicted of the crime December 27, 1909, must pay the penalty on the gallows.
Invitations to the execution were received today. Not a great number have been issued, as Superintendent James objects to having a great crowd at the executions. Roselair has not changed much during the day and it is expected that he will take the execution calmly, but will no doubt have a lengthy statement to make. Harrell, who hangs Friday, remains indifferent.
