Lisa Adams, 27, of Elizabethtown, died Thursday, March 13, 2014, at her residence.
Lisa was a member of the Radcliff Church of Christ, a 2008 graduate of John Hardin High School and a lifelong patient of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She never met a stranger and everyone she met became family to her.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfathers, Morris Adams and Bob Evans; and her maternal grandparents, Edward and Evelyn Heslep.
She is survived by her parents, Doug and Denise Adams; two sisters, Jennifer Adams Richardson and her husband, James, Angela Adams and her husband, Chris; a niece, Karlie Richardson; three nephews, Zachery Richardson, Cole Hudson and Gabe Hudson; a maternal grandmother, Janice Adams Evans.
Burial in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown.
