Funeral services for Karen Coker Medicine Bird were held Monday at First Baptist Church in Geary with Rev. John Copeland and Rev. Waylon Upchego officiating. Burial was in the Sunset Cemetery under direction of Turner Funeral Home, Geary.
Mrs. Medicine Bird passed away July 19 at her home in Geary, where she lived most of her life. She was born Sept. 30, 1955.
She is survived by her husband, Murray Medicine Bird; a daughter, Janna Presley; sons, Earl Plumley and Christopher Plumley; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; and four stepsons and one stepdaughter.
