My brother-in-law was a great guy. Born in Alabama and lived here till the 1950s he moved his family to Grants and was a miner in the uranium mines for about 30 - 40 years before the US started buying it's uranium over seas causing our mines to close down.

He started being a security guard at places at nights till his death.

One morning Floyd got up and went to the bathroom and returning to his bedroom fell to the floor and died on the spot.

His wife heard a noise while she and their deaf granddaughter were cooking so wife told granddaughter to check on him but by the time wife got to him he lay dead.

Floyd was a good hearted man but drank too much beer. His downfall in life was marring Merle Ann Lee. She was a bitch!
