Frank D. Annotobby age 46, died Tuesday, after a long illness. A long-time resident of OKC, he was a self employed carpet installer. He was a Methodist. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday at Guardian Midtown Funeral Home, and grave- side services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Ravia Cemetery, Ravia, Okla. Survivors include wife, Carmelita of OKC; one daughter, Denise Annotobby of Wichita; one son, David Annotobby of OKC; one sister, Gloria Factor of OKC; one brother, Joseph T. Washington of OKC; two granddaughters; an uncle and aunt, Mouzon and Pearl Neal of OKC.
