Carlos J. Arenas of Fontana, born in El Paso, Texas, had lived in Fontana for 20 years, died Tuesday at home of heart failure at the age of 62. He worked as pressman for the Los Angeles Times for 25 years and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fontana. He was survived by his wife, Lucy, four sons, Louie of Menifee, Orlando of Castle Hayne, North Carolina, Carlos of San Bernardino and David of Highland, daughters, Sara Rodriguez of Montclair and Irma Silvas of Rialto, his brother, Victor Medrano of Albuquerque, New Mexico and eight grandchildren. Funeral service is set for 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with interment to follow at Montecito Memorial Park.
