Vivian I. Moore, 87, of Blackwater, VA and Brunswick, MD, died on November 10, 2015 at Glade Valley Center.
Born on January 30, 1928 in Jonesville, VA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Allen) Fitts.
Surviving is one daughter, Connie Moore and husband Ralph of Brunswick; two sisters, Louise Dunn, Gladys Cody; one brother, Jack Fitts; grandchildren, Cindy DeFriece, Amy Lyles, Katie Stanton, Jimmy Ward, Jimmy Moore, Sheila Ward, Dale Moore, Linda Kulesza and Stacy Blanchard.
Vivian is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren daughter-in-law Joan Moore and a special friend, Marlin Bowen.
She was preceded in death by five children, James, Larry and Harold Moore, Mary Ward, Betty Beasley and one grandson, Brian Ward.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, November 12 from 6-8 PM at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Rd. (Rt. 109), Barnesville, MD (hiltonfh.com), where funeral services will be held on Friday November 13 at 11 AM.
Interment will follow in Boyds Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Boyds, MD.
