I'd done some research on this family which had indicated that various surname spellings had been used and changed over time. For everyone in the cemetery with the name for whom a picture has been submitted, I'm using the surname as spelled on the tombstone. If there's no picture to confirm the spelling, both common spellings for the area are used.

NOTICE

This is the fourth of a series of Notices by Gannett Fleming Corddry and Carpenter, Inc., Engineers, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for information needed by them to complete a survey and report concerning the existing cemeteries on the Pennsylvania side of the proposed Tocks Island Lake. The survey is being made for the Philadelphia District, Corps of Engineers, for the purpose of determining the actual number of graves, the names of the deceased, and the names and addresses of the next of kin or nearest living relative.

This Notice seeks information about the following:

- VALLEY VIEW CEMETERY -

Located about 3.25 miles north of Bushkill in Lehman Township on a hill just west of Route 209. The following names or initials were taken from headstones:
