Joan Barbara Anderson, 49, of Whitfield Road, died Saturday at her residence. Born in Kingston Aug. 21, 1936, she was the daughter of Howard C. and Marion B. East Anderson of Dalhart, Texas. Ms. Anderson was a member of the Rochester Reformed Church of Accord and served as church organist for several years. In addition to her parents, survivors include a son, J. Dean Anderson of Accord; a brother, Roger Anderson of Dalhart, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Gerard (Doris) Barrows of Lockport, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday and Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson. The Rev. Juanita Middlebrook, pastor of the Federated Church of Kerhonkson, will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of H. B. Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson.
