She was born June 19, 1970, in Osceola to the late Johnny Junior Andrew and Betty Andrew.
She was surgical director at Great River Medical Center, a 1988 graduate of Rivercrest High School, graduate of Mississippi County Community College with an associate's degree in nursing and a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing where she became a registered nurse.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Michael Brister of Keiser; two sons, Zachary and Colby Brister of Keiser; her mother, Betty Andrew of Marie; six sisters, Janie White, Brenda Grimes and Shirley Rogers, all of Osceola, Connie Nash and Nancy Andrew, both of Dyersburg, Tenn., and Sandy Banister of Keiser; and two brothers, Johnny Wayne Andrew of Carson Lake and Steve Andrew of Flint, Mich.
She was preceded in death by her father and her sister, Judy Andrew.
Committal services were in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens.
