She loved to go to the zoo, park and beach. She also liked to be held and cuddled. Christina loved to dance to music, walk, run, laugh and play. She liked animals: puppies, kittens, cows and elephants. Her favorite foods were popsicles, ice cream and shaved ice. She liked to "eat rice" in bed.
Christina could tell the sun and moon and like flying in an airplane. She could say; "up", "jump," "skip," "more," "two," and "woof-woof."
Christina was her parents' precious little angel and they miss her terribly. She now has a half-sister, Laura, born May 1, 1993, who misses the sister she never got to play with.
CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE MURDER
Christina Andersen, 27 months, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, was beaten to death by a babysitter, at the baby-sitter's house. The woman's three children, all ages four and under, witnessed the beating, but were traumatized to testify. Christina died of massive hematoma/head injuries. She was in a coma for five days. Her organs were donated so that other children could live.
