CMSGT US AIR FORCE, KOREA, VIETNAM

PAUL CHESHIER, 70, of Memphis, retired director for Memphis Shelby County Airport Authority, died of cancer Monday at Germantown Methodist Hospital. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was a retired Air Force chief master sergeant who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of Scottish Rite, Al Chymia Shrine Temple and Skal International Memphis. Mr. Cheshier, the widower of Lois Marie Leib Cheshier, leaves a daughter, Debra Cheshier Johnson of Germantown; a brother, Joe T. Cheshier of Olive Branch, and a grandson. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Flying Colors or a charity of the donor's choice. (Published in The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, TN, on June 7, 2000)
