Tristan was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 26 and passed away just shy of his 32nd birthday. He was employed by Microsoft. He was cremated and requested that his mother receive half of his ashes and his wife the other half.

Obituary for Tristan HagermanTristan Daniel "Danny" Hagerman, 31, of 1016 Lilly Green Court NW, Concord, died Tuesday, September 5, 2006, at his residence, following a six year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2006, at Centerview Baptist Church in Kannapolis, The Rev. Willie Rash and the Rev. Herman Absher will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Born September 22, 1974, in Cabarrus County, he was the son of Linda Armes Mott and George Daniel Hagerman. A graduate of A. L. Brown High School, he was a member of Centerview Baptist Church. He was employed as a Technical Account Manager for Microsoft in Charlotte. Survivors include his wife, Alison Baker Hagerman of the home; mother and step-father, Linda Armes Mott and John J. Mott of Kannapolis; father, George Daniel Hagerman of Sanford; sister, Lauren Page of Kannapolis; grandparents, Geneva and Paul Armes of Kannapolis; and his toy Yorkie, Eva B Hagerman.Memorials may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Boy Scout Camp Road, Kannapolis, NC 28081. 
Cremated, Ashes given to family or friend.
