Margaret Geraldine Munro Bremer (Geri) went home May 31, 2014. She was born in Everett 90 years ago, the only child of her beloved parents, James and Ollie Mae Munro. Geri was passionate about family and friends, and her gracious heart and home provided a safe harbor for all. Married 67 years to George Bremer, the love of her life, she raised three children, managed a career as a loan officer, and was dubbed counselor and mentor for family and friends. A woman of grace and wisdom, Geri was mother to many, always a good listener, giving sought-after thoughtful and insightful advice. She loved, laughed, danced and entertained and continues to do that for the Lord. She is survived by her husband, George; children, Vicki Meyers (Ron), Denise Maroni (Jackson), and Patrick Bremer (Vicki); seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Americare Hospice, americarehospice.org, 1212 N. Spencer #2, Mesa, AZ 85283. The Vigil service will be held June 8, 2014, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., (prayer service at 4:00 p.m.) at Queen of Heaven Mortuary, Mesa, Ariz. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Tempe, Ariz., on June 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
