Lucina Andrus or Andrews, nee Gates, was the wife of Uriah Andrus and mother of Betsy Andrus (Andrews) and grandmother of D.W Maxon. She was born in Connecticut in 1772. She lived in Cedar Creek for three years before dying at age 89. The funeral service was conducted by Rev.
