Bea M. Cornoyer, 90 of Monroe died at 6 p.m. Friday at Mercy Memorial Hospital. She had been in poor health for nine months.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Rev. Stephen Vileo, pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church will officiate and burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.
Born March 25, 1920 in Monroe she was the daughter of Frank and Agnes (Giles) Reichert. She married Joseph T. Cornoyer on July 13, 1940 at St. Michael Catholic Church he preceded her in death on May 25, 1995.
Bea was a 1938 graduate of St. Mary Academy and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She enjoyed puzzles, reading and was an avid collector of dolls.
Surviving are her children Gary A. Cornoyer of Monroe, Dawn M. (Jim) Walker of Quincy, MI and Tracey D. (Mary) Cornoyer of Mancelona, MI; sister, Norma Staley of Carleton; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, brothers Clarence and Clifford Reichert and sisters, Velma Schafer and Kathrine Cippola.
