Funeral services for Lee Ann N. Adachi, 49, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, at the Hawthorn Hills Community Church, 1200 American Way, Libertyville. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, at the church. Mrs. Adachi attended Hawthorn Hills Community Church. She was a teacher at the special education department at Washington School in Mundelein, and also worked at Cook Memorial Library in Libertyville. She loved to travel and loved the Cubs, but her passion was her kids. She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn Adachi; her cherished children, Matthew and Kristen; her loving parents, Sadao (Geraldine) Harano; her fond sisters, JoAnn Harano, Iris (Mike) Bauer and Avis (John) Davis; her adoring nieces and nephews, Michael, Kimberly Bauer, Bailey, Kelsey Davis, Eric Shan, Joseph, Megan and Lauren Saiki and Hannah Adachi; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements were made by Kristan Funeral Home, Mundelein.
