Custer County Matron Dies in Miles Hospital
MILES CITY, MT. --- May 23.---- Mrs. Anna Anderson 74, wife of Axel Anderson died at a local hospital.
She was born in 1877 in Sweden.
She came to the United States at the age of 9.
She had lived in this area since 1916, ranching near Miles City.
Surviving Mrs. Anderson are her husband, two sons, Edwin W. and E. L. Anderson of Miles City, MT., two daughters, Mrs. Garrett Kamstra of New England, N.D., and Mrs. Martin Haagenstad of Amidon, N.D., several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Graves Chapel with the Rev. George Schubarth of Trinity Lutheran Church in charge.
