The Mass of Christian Burial for Rosalia C. Bremmon will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 12, 2015 at St. John de Britto Catholic Church, Britton. Rev. Fr. Albert Cizewski will celebrate the mass, and burial will be in the Britton Cemetery.

Rosalia passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Marshall County Healthcare Center in Britton at the age of 90.

Rosalia (Rosella) Catherine Wodarz was born January 28, 1925 to Peter and Clara (Hoffman) Wodarz near Veblen, SD. She was raised in the Veblen community where she graduated high school. She furthered her education at Northern State College of Aberdeen, SD.

On October 13, 1949 she was united in marriage with Edward Bremmon. They made their home near Britton where they started their family farm and raised two sons. Rosalia taught in rural schools in the Veblen vicinity. She worked as the Deputy Register of Deeds in Britton as well other office work in Dayton, Ohio and Los Angeles, California. Ed passed away November 17, 2004 and Rosalia continued to make her home on the farm.

Rosalia was a member of St. John de Britto Catholic Church of Britton and active in the Altar Society. Her true passions were gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She leaves to mourn her passing, two sons: Craig Bremmon and Peter (Cynthia) Bremmon; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, two brothers, three sisters and a grandson, Richard Bremmon.
