The Year of Birth shown on Uncle Paul's marker is in error; he was born in 1891 according to the Whitesides' Family Bible owned and kept by his mother, and my great-grandmother, Eliza Jane "Jennie" (Thomasson) Whitesides. Said Bible came down to me via my grandmother, Hattie Estelle (Whitesides) Hudspeth (Paul's younger sister) and then to my mother, Juanita Whitesides (Hudspeth) Steffy.
