John N. Childress, 54, died suddenly Friday from a heart attack at his home at Crumpler, WV, the body being brought here Sunday where funeral services were held from the Apostolic church, with Dr. F.P. Anderson, Presbyterian pastor in charge. He is survived by his widow, nine children and several grandchildren, all of Crumpler, WV. He was a brother of the late William Childress of Fourth street, East Pulaski.
