Denver, Colo. - Wallace Eugene Ashbaugh, 74, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Frederick, S.D., died August 3, 2006, at Collier Hospice in Denver. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 16 at Miller-Huebl Funeral Home, 1111 S. Main St., Aberdeen, Dr. Harold Salem officiating. Burial will be 1 p.m. at Wayside Cemetery, Frederick, with Military Graveside Services being conducted by Lynn G. Peterson American Legion Post #273. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Wednesday.

Hey, dad. It's cold and mom's back in Denver. She's not doing so well as she is struggling with what you were fighting. Things are tough, but God is tougher. We'll get through it though.Take care. See you soon.

Hey, dad. Thought I'd say hi. Gonna go to the cemetery and visit Laura's grave. Want to put some flowers on the marker for her and you. Hope you are well. Trying to keep strong. Kinda tough sometimes especially with Ashley. Take care til next time.
