Services for Miss Maude Hall, a lifelong resident of Lizton, were conducted, Tuesday afternoon, in the Lizton Christian Church with burial in the Lizton Knights of Pythias Cemetery. She died, Saturday, at her home at the age of 74 years.
She was employed for many years in the subscription department of the Legionaire, the national magazine of the American Legion, retiring in 1957.
She was a member of the Pittsboro Chapter of the Eastern Star, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Lizton Christian Church.
Survivors include an adopted daughter, Mrs. Gloria Hall Acton, of R. R. 1, Lebanon; three brothers, Edgar Hall, of Crawfordsville; Nitis Hall, of Lizton; and Elmer Hall, of California.
