Jarvis G Batchelor was the son of David M Batchelor And Mary Eliza Green.He was married to Romelia Ann Lucas.They were the parents of 10 children.Four of them died at birth,two died within the first three years of life.Romelia died when their youngest son Clifford was 13.All four of his sons serve their country during World War 11.Clifford was killed in the Solomon Islands.One other son was injured but survived.Jarvis worked as a farmer,and also as a foreman with the railroad.
