From the Pratt Tribune, Tuesday 07 Dec 1999, page 10 "EVELYN E. COOK BORN DEC. 16, 1921 DIED DEC. 5, 1999
Evelyn E. Cook, 77, died Dec. 5, 1999, at Pratt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Larrison Mortuary with Chaplain John Havens presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Iuka Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 16, 1921, at Agra, Okla., the daughter of Clarence R. and Dora B. Honey Cook. A resident of Pratt since 1955, moving from Agra, she was a retired cook at Don's Servateria.
She was a member of the Baptist Church, Agra.
Survivors include a brother, Robert L. Pratt; a nephew; and five nieces. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Warren O. and Clarence R.
Memorials may be sent to the Pratt Regional Medical Center Gifts and Bequests, in care of the mortuary."
