Annie Mae Glisson, 78, died Dec. 4, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare in Ripley. She was a homemaker and a member of New Life Pentecostal Church in Ripley.
Services were Sat. at New Life Pentecostal Church with Rev. R.H. Hancock, Rev. Wayne Benefield, and Rev. Bobby Goode officiating. Burial was in Camp Ground Cemetery in Chalybeate, with McBride Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors are two daughters, Irene Burns (Billy), of Ripley, Ruby Rhea (George) of Booneville, three sons, Tommy Glisson (Charlene), of Blytheville, Ark., James Edward Glisson (Mary), of Ripley, Charles Glisson (Pasty) of Ripley, 19 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 13 step grandchildren,3 step great grandchildren, four sisters, Marie Norton, Margaret Decanter, Jean Decanter, all of Ripley, Ellen Clark (John) of Blue Mountain, three brothers, Charles Stagner (Billie) of B'Ham, Joe Stagner (Alice), of Booneville, and Jimmy Stagner (Ann) of Blue Mountain.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Earl Glisson, her parents, Bo and Harriett Stagner, two brothers and three grandchildren.
