Cameron Moore, 76, a long-time resident of Greeley County was found dead in his home in Greeley early Sunday morning. Mr. Moore, who lived alone, had not been ill. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
Mr. Moore was born June 13, 1888, a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Moore. When he was 11 years old the family moved to Nebraska and settled in Perkins County. The family moved later to Wheeler County, but the major portion of his life had been spent in Greeley County.
He was married to Lillie Rasmussen in 1915 at Greeley. The couple lived on a farm most of their married life. Following the death of Mrs. Moore in 1947 he moved into Greeley. He had been employed by Greeley County but retired several years ago.
Survivors include five daughter, Mrs. Esther Pratt of Grand Island, Mrs. Dorothy Smeall of Palmer, Mrs. Helen Wells of Falls City, Mrs. Violet Pulliam of Montgomery, Ala., and Mrs. Mary Ann Christolear of Greeley; five sons, Henry at Dallas, Ore., Charlie at Grand Island, Elmer and William at Falls City and Enos at Greeley; two brothers, Ford in Idaho and John of Hamburg, Ia.; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Dankoff of Hamburg, Ia; and a number of grandchildren.
