Terry Jay Batten, 33, of Lafe, died Tuesday, September 10, 1985 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Batten was born in Flint, Mich., on February 11, 1952. He is survived by his parents, Mr. J. W. and Mrs. Beatrice I. Batten of Lafe ; one brother, Norman Batten of Marmaduke; three sisters, Bonnie Spurlock of Lafe, Diane Madison of Michigan and Connie Batten of Hamburg; two grandmothers, Beatrice M. Batten of Lafe and Irene Smith of Michigan, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Sept. 12, with Wyman Holt officiating. Interment was at Ramer's Chapel Cemetery near Marmaduke, with Irby Funeral Home in charge of services.
