Loralye was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was formerly employed with the gaming industry at Biloxi Belle and Isle of Capri Casinos. She was also a member of First United Methodist Church of Biloxi.
Preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Donald" Ladner, parents, Herbert Ferrill and Lucille Olier and brother, Charles Ferrill.
Survivors include her daughters, Donna Cruse, Tracey Gillespie, sisters, Janet Thiroux, Gloria Kornman, grandchildren, Eric Gillespie, Jr., Joanna Ladner, Randall Gillespie, Kristen Gillespie and a great-grandson, Owen Gillespie.
Service is on Saturday, January 24, 2009, 2:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi where friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. There will be a Graveside Service, Monday, January 26, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS.
