BLOCKER SERVICES HELD MONDAY

Services were held Monday at 4:30 in the Minco Baptist Church for Bryon James Blocker, Rev. Jimmy Floyd officiated.
Blocker was born March 14, 1953 at San Diego, California. He had been a resident of Minco since 1968 and attended Minco High School. Singers were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ventris, Mrs. Melvin Mackey and Calvin Woodworth, accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Burgess Toll who played "Just When I Need Him Most" and "It Is Well With My Soul".
Pallbearers were David Higgins, Jackie Finch, Tommy Stroud, Jerry Oaks, Kurt Kinder and Jim Kinder.
Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Kinder of Minco, two brothers, Bon and Bill of San Diego, his grandmother, Mrs. Emma Holmes of San Diego and his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John Kinder of Minco. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Reynolds Funeral Home.
