MRS. LEV MOORE.
Shelbyville, Mo., May 23.—Mrs. Lev Moore, 81, died in her home two and a half miles southwest of Shelbyville yesterday morning at 1:15 o'clock. She had never recovered from a broken hip suffered in a fall last Dec. 21. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in Duncan chapel, of which she was a member, and burial will be in Shelbina cemetery. Mrs. Moore was born in Michigan April 13, 1861, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William R Browne [sic], and came to Missouri with her parents when a child. Mr. and Mrs. Moore celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1938. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Claude at home and Browne [sic] Moore of Shelbina; one brother, Charles Browne [sic] of Clinton; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A son, Earl Moore, was killed when struck by lightning while employed in building the Catholic church at Lakenan about 15 years and a daughter, Mrs. Pickett, died several years ago.
