Timothy Scott Lister, 20, Topeka, was killed Saturday July 5, 2008. He was born March 30, 1988, at Topeka, the son of Ronald Lee and Angela Louise Cox Lister. Tim was a laborer. Surviving are his parents; Ron and Cheryl K Colahan Lister, Angie & Jay Finney; grandparents Agnes & Leo Lester and Rachel Lister; siblings Shara McCracken, Cristalle Jones, Mishelle Burke, Tristan Berends, Brad Reece, Matt Hetherington, McKenzie Holmes and Kelly Vinsonhaler. Funeral services will be at 10 am, Wednesday July 9, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence, Topeka KS. Interment in Rochester Cemetery. Mr Lister will lie in state after 5pm on Tuesday at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
