Bond held against nephew Judah BOONE for £199-12-2 to be divided between him and his brother Moses.
To nephew James BOONE walnut chest, rifle, etc., also £100 due on bond of William HUGHES.
To Martha wife of George HUGHES, £20, remainder of said bond.
To Rachel wife of William WILCOCKSON, bond of Samuel BOONE for £105.
Bond of Isaiah BOONE for £184 divided as follows: £50 to Anna wife of Abraham LINCOLN, £50 to Mary wife of Thomas LEE, £20 to Mary HUGHES and remainder to said Isaiah BOONE.
To nephew Joshua BOONE a bond of William SCHOEFIELD for £7-10, also his own bond for £50.
Mentions having learned "from my countryman Anthony HOLMEAD that the sheriff of Frederick County, MD, has a demand against me and directs said HOLMEAD to pay the same out of money he owes me."

John Boone of the Province of Pennsylvania, County of Berks recorded 6 Oct. 1761, made I Oct. 1761 between John Hollly [sic] ofPGC, planter, for 112 pounds 10 shillings cm, sells tract called "Fellowship," beginning at the original beginning tree of said tract before it was resurveyed, M&B given for 172 acres,. Signed John Hallly, [sic 31's ?] before Chas Jones, David Lynn, Henry Bogg, John Orne.
Receipt. Ack. Mary Ann wife of the said John Holly, released dower. AF & duty paid.

Jun 6, 1780 from Judah Boone of the Township of Exeter in Berks County, Pennsylvania, miller, and Hannah, his wife, to Peter Aston of the Town of Reading in the sd County, Gent. Whereas Charles Lord Baron of Baltimore Proprietary of Maryland, by his patent dated Oct 28, 1747, granted to William Digges a certain tract of land called Fellowship, situated then in Prince George's County, but since the division of the counties, in Frederick County, containing about 172 acres (including the original tract of 100 acres, granted by patent of Nov 4, 1726 to John Powell and John Flint in fee, who, by their deed (recorded in the Clerk's Office at Prince George's County in Book M fol 143 &c) granted the same to Grove Tomlinson in fee, who by his deed (recorded in the sd Office in Book Q fol 367&c) granted the same to [blank 1st name] Gore in fee, who by his deed (recorded or intended to be recorded in the sd Office) granted the same to William Hayth in fee, who by his deed dated Dec 7, 1745 (recorded in the sd Office in Book BB fol 499 &c) granted the same to the sd William Digges in fee), under the yearly rent of 6 shillings and 7 pence sterling, as by the sd recited patent (recorded in the Land Office in Book BT and BV No. 3 folio 318). And whereas the sd William Digges, by his deed (recorded in the Clerks Office of Frederick County in Book B fol 556) granted the sd tract of about 172 acres to John Hallby in fee.
